Clients with excessive chargebacks (more than 5% of total transactions) may be required to place a deposit or make payments upfront before continuing services.

Await the final decision from the payment processor.
5. Consequences of Unresolved Chargebacks
If a chargeback is ruled in favor of the client, MACA Strategist reserves the right to:
Cease ongoing services until payment disputes are resolved.
Refuse future services to clients with repeated disputes or chargebacks.
Pursue legal action for fraudulent chargeback claims that violate the terms of our service agreement.
6. Refund Policy & Alternative Dispute Resolution
We encourage clients to review our Refund Policy before disputing a charge.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us directly, and we will evaluate your request based on the agreed terms of service.
Alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation or arbitration, may be used if necessary to settle disagreements.
